Chester Hawarden airport was hardly 19 minutes away by car. We booked a well furnished and comfortable room with all the amenities

Magnificent location on outskirts of Chester and great staff. Really close to the pub in time for a relaxing drink in the bar, which was warm and comfortable, and more night life. Cosy spotless room with all the amenities.

The clean room had a comfy mattress, but the entrance was scruffy and unwelcoming.

So, we had a night there and the hospitality was something else. The hosts really outdid themselves with a breakfast that was just right and not your typical oily affair. Plus, we ordered a pizza, wasn't gourmet but it hit the spot after a long drive.

Considered it slightly pricey but given the quality, it was acceptable.

we enjoyed exploring the scenic mount pleasant gardens just under 5 km away and indulged in delicious meals at king loui, only a few steps from our room, making it a perfect base for city strolls and discoveries.

Kenny and his wife were very nice hosts, really went out of their way to. The breakfast was something else, proper quality food that really hit the spot, couldn't have asked for more after a long day.

Pricey but worth it, let me tell ya.

Stayed here for 1 night and it was pretty cool. The room was clean and the mattress was super comfy. Free big english breakfasts were a bonus! The owner is really nice and helpful and heating worked great. It's super close to a co-op and a nice drive to chester.

the noise from the pub below was kinda annoying at times and it would have been nice to have wifi in the room instead of going downstairs for it.

A good experience in a beautifully renovated pub. The barmaid offered really good service. The atmosphere was cozy, especially as we enjoyed our lovely lunch together. Perfect for exploring the historic village. Don't miss the local walks. Ideal for a sentimental journey!

Just an optimal selection for a fleeting trip in Tarvin with very good value for money. The heating in the room was super effective, keeping us cozy during our short stay. Keep in mind to check if there will be events happening during your stay to avoid noise.

Spent 2 nights in a small double room. It had cozy bedding, a tv, and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious with quality toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was massive with homemade options. Ken and Kath. Loved the local vibe and how clean everything was!
